STURM is located in the "BUNKER" within the concrete of fallout shelter nr. 247 in Balasta dambis 3, Riga under 'Preses Nams' – the former ministry of press and state printing-house.
The place, besides now being the realm of industrial music, performance and art, is as well an untouched and fully functioning example of cold war preparations in 70’s. In fact, one of the few such structures in Latvia that are in initial condition with furniture and inventory, thus perceivable as a museum of civil defense.

Location: Going from city centre by busses 13, 37, 41, 53 or electric busses 5,7,25 get off at bus stop "Kipsala" right after crossing the river over Vansu bridge. Take the crossunder to the other side, walk thru the parking lot to the very right side of the Soviet towerblock (Preses Nams) into the dead end past the printing-house security post stairs on the right, further down to the cellar door, press the red button to enter.
